Condolences to you Vivian & family. I served with Vic in the Air Force in Germany in the early 1960s He was only there less than a year before I returned to the states. My favorite memory of Vic, since we did not have a cook, Vic would make a mean soup. We called it instance heartburn and it sure lived up to its name. May he RIP

Our deepest condolences to you Vivian & family. I served with Vic in the Air Force in Germany in the mid 1960's. Vic was a dear friend with a great sense of humor. I think I may have introduced Vic to skiing in Germany and we met in Park City, Utah around 1997 for a ski vacation. We kept in touch by phone over the years and he would often tell me how his "maters" (tomatoes) were doing. I will always have pleasant memories of our times together. Rest in peace my friend.
